RETURNS

Returns:  You may return most items within 15 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to returns@marinediscountcenter.com.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be provided along with return instructions. The item must be returned in the original unopened packaging with all items. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all unopened returns that have a valid RMA number prior to returning. If a customer refuses a shipment, an RMA number is not obtained prior to returning, or an item is returned opened, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Shipping cost to send the item back is the buyer's responsibility.

We have a no return policy on GPS Charts / Software, GPS Data Cards - SD, Micro SD, CF, or any other format, unless they are defective. Please MAKE SURE you are ordering the right card prior to purchase, we will not exchange cards if you purchase the wrong one. Feel free to email us at customerservice@marinediscountcenter.com with the model and make of your chart plotter prior to purchase and we will be happy to verify what card is needed for your chart plotter.

If you receive a defective/damaged item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery of the item (after 7 days, defective items will fall under the manufacturer's warranty and will need to be taken care of by the manufacturer).   We will provide a replacement  or a refund after the defective item has been returned.   All items that are returned as defective/damaged will be checked. If the item is not defective, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
